The IGT implementation program always represents combination of rich user knowledge and experienced solution providers. The IGT recommend a standard methodology for the implementation of the system, which is best described by breaking down the complete cycle into identifiable phases, which logically follow in chronological sequence. IGT & its Clients jointly form a Project Team for effective execution of every assignment. This project steering team mostly compromises of project leaders, project managers, functional experts from both the ends to ensure time scales and other project objectives are met. By closely managing the project on behalf of the client, IGT will keep the original project objectives clearly in sight at all times and no changes to project scope will be allowed without the authorization of the Project Steering Board. As areas for potential new functionality arise, we will document the concept and log for inclusion in the Post Implementation Review. Only major strategic benefit issues would be raised to the Project Steering Board for approval in the initial project stage.
